Job summary

Rentschler Biopharma SE is seeking an Operations Bioprocess Technician at its Milford, MA site to support upstream and downstream biologics production. You will operate manufacturing equipment, document batch records, and adhere to cGMP and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years with a HS diploma (or 4+ years with a Bachelor's) and is proficient in Microsoft Office; biotech training is a plus. Day shift 4/3 Pitman schedule, Wed-Sat, 6am-6:30pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience with a high school diploma or 4+ years with a Bachelor's.
• Biotech certificate preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing process equipment for various production steps in biosynthesis.
• Initiate revisions for procedures and maintain batch records.
• Work inside a biosafety cabinet with aseptic techniques.
• Monitor parameters, document data, follow GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Troubleshoot problems, respond to alarms, and support training for teammates.
• Move supplies into production areas and participate in continuous improvement.
• Must be able to work on Feet, lift up to 25 lbs, and wear PPE as required.
