Job summary

Rentschler Biopharma in the United States is seeking a Process Manager in the MSAT group to independently design, execute, and support manufacturing activities including technology transfer for client projects.

You will lead process development and support, coordinate with Process Science and GMP manufacturing, and ensure timely delivery through strong collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• A university degree in STEM and 8+ years of related experience.
• A master’s degree in STEM and 5+ years.
• A PhD in STEM and 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design demanding function-related tasks in customer projects with interface management.
• Provide technical and strategic planning support for business development activities with respect to new client projects and new business initiatives.
• Independent decision-making in changing processes and action patterns.
• Direct communication and representation to our customers in meetings for your own project section, including management of meetings.
• Advising our customers on the specialist project strategy over the product life cycle.
• Collaborating with Process Science for designing, supporting and developing scalable upstream for a broad range of biopharmaceuticals including control strategies.
• Transfer of customer processes (upstream) to internal and external production sites through New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Ensure compliance with international technological and regulatory standards.
• Meet timelines and milestones according to the overall project plan and manage resources.
