Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fully trained in both Teller and Platform functions.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Explain, promote, or refer Bank products and services to customers.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile against records at end of shift.
• Assist customers with inquiries, safe deposit box transactions, and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Follow bank policies and comply with regulations.
