You will perform the full range of new accounts, maintenance, and complex lending package reviews while delivering exceptional customer service and driving branch sales. You will handle transaction processing, cash handling, and compliance tasks, interview customers to identify banking needs, promote products, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years bank operations and sales experience required.
• Notary License preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Ability to make decisions and review and approve other employee decisions.
• Excellent time management skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of Bank deposit products and services.
• Knowledge of small business and consumer credit principles.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: opens and maintains customer accounts and processes complex transactions.
• Customer Service & Sales: interviews customers, promotes banking products, and builds relationships.
• Cash Handling & Security: balances cash, reviews transactions for red flags, and manages security procedures.
• Administrative & Compliance Tasks: ensures regulatory compliance and completes required trainings.
• Travel: 0-10%
