BankUnited in Hollywood, Florida, seeks a Sr Universal Banker/Sr. Teller/Sr. Financial Specialist to deliver exceptional client service while handling a wide range of teller and platform transactions.

The role emphasizes 100% client satisfaction, adherence to policy, and achievement of branch and personal goals. Responsibilities include processing deposits, cashing checks, opening and funding accounts, cross-selling products, and maintaining accuracy in cash handling.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of cash handling experience (preferably Teller) required.
• Excellent customer service, sales, risk management and cash operations experience preferred.
• Must be fully trained in both Teller and Platform functions.

Responsabilidades

• Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount and endorsements.
• Balances cash drawer and compares totals with computer data.
• Opens and processes all types of accounts after consult with customers.
• Promotes bank products and services to meet branch goals.
• Performs outbound calls and sets appointments to drive sales.
• Cross-trains on Platform functions and assists clients with related activities.
