Job summary

Summit Credit Union in Madison, WI is seeking a Senior Universal Banker to serve as the member’s financial guide at our Howard branch. You’ll lead conversations, build relationships, and provide expert support on accounts, loans, and digital tools while mentoring newer Universal Bankers.

This role requires 3+ years of sales or customer service, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain an NMLS number, with strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail in a friendly,
