Job summary

Konami Gaming in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior Software Engineer IV, Unity Game Engineer to join our team. You will own and contribute to key game product development, researching and building innovative software for the Games Division with engineers, designers, and artists.

You will design software systems, guide testing, and help plan product releases while mentoring newer engineers, collaborating across disciplines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced positions.
• Eight+ years related Unity experience or six years with Master’s degree.
• Experience with C# and game development tooling.
• Ability to work with distributed teams and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost.
• Collaborates with engineers, designers, artists to meet product criteria.
• Designs software systems using analytical methods to predict outcomes.
• Develops and directs software testing procedures, programming, and docs.
• Sets objectives and timelines for product releases and project scope.
• Mentors junior engineers and promotes process improvements.
