Job summary

Valicy in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Games) to own the implementation of casino games in Unity/C#. You will collaborate closely with designers, artists, audio, QA, and other developers to deliver polished, production-ready games with strong ownership and technical judgment.

This hands-on role focuses on new casino game development with support for legacy products and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

8+ years of Unity and C# game development experience.
Strong C# programming skills and maintainable production code.
Experience owning features or subsystems from implementation to completion.
Strong Unity implementation skills (scenes, prefabs, UI, animation).
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Own the technical implementation of assigned casino games from initial setup through release.
Develop gameplay features, UI behavior, game flow, and supporting systems in Unity/C#.
Translate design documents and feedback into clean, functional gameplay.
Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Debug, maintain, and improve existing games, including legacy products and post-release support.
Collaborate with designers, artists, audio, QA, and other developers to resolve issues.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers with technical guidance and debugging support.
Build reusable patterns and tools to increase development speed and consistency.
