Fishing Planet is an independent game studio crafting a successful free-to-play game enjoyed by millions. We seek a senior Unity/C# developer to shape gameplay logic, optimize performance, and extend features across platforms, contributing to a growing ecosystem.

You will work with a global team on a multi-platform project, leveraging Unity, C#, and .NET to deliver high-quality gameplay. The role offers a four-day work week and a culture focused on growth, responsibility, and player focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programming experience.
• 3+ years of game development in Unity.
• Senior skills in .NET Framework and C#.
• Understanding of multithreading and synchronisation patterns.
• Knowledge of design patterns and OOA&D.
• Basic understanding of shader programming.
• Fundamental mathematics and physics background; game physics knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing core gameplay mechanics for a complex F2P game.
• Supporting and extending already implemented game features.
• Developers toolkit improvements and implementation.
• Performance optimization.
