Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with PC and office programs (databases, spreadsheets, word processing, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Patient Care: train and mentor new team members; greet visitors; monitor nurse call system; perform daily patient rounds.
• Organization & Management: handle administrative duties; manage unit operations; verify census and update Care Connect; answer calls and support nurses/physicians.
• Documentation: create work orders and tickets; scan patient documentation timely; complete End of Life notifications.
