Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and exposure to supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Moderate technical abilities including the utilization of a smart phone/tablet and supported software.
• Proficiency in EH&S applications.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead carpenters as a working foreman on jobsite projects.
• Make decisions on scheduling, delivery, and quality control.
• Complete daily paperwork and safety documentation.
• Supervise and develop trade employees and assist in hiring.
• Coordinate construction activities with superintendents.
