Aramark is seeking a Lead Uniform Room Attendant at the Seattle Convention Center to assist the Uniform Room Supervisor with issuing, collecting, and maintaining uniforms, and to help oversee daily operations with a professional, cheerful, and organized approach. The role collaborates with staff, cleaning service vendors, and management to ensure readiness for events.

Formación

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Able to work variable hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet event-driven business needs.
• The ideal candidate will be punctual, responsible, and reliable.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills and performs tasks accurately with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign daily work assignments to Uniform Room Attendants and oversee the completion of tasks.
• Assist the Uniform Room Supervisor with staff training and development; new hire orientations for SCC, Aramark, and vendor employees; record keeping and light maintenance.
• Maintain inventory control of uniforms, radios, and other issued materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management while issuing and receiving uniforms.
• Work with vendor service providers to ensure Uniform Room readiness.
• Disperse paychecks and other sensitive items to employees.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness.
• Operate technology and MS Office.
