Job summary

Core Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Underwriting Technician to support underwriting units across the policy lifecycle. You will assist team members and underwriters with complex situations and help manage ongoing workload to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly understand and apply technical information.

Responsibilities

Manage tasks across the underwriting policy lifecycle, including data entry and file maintenance.
Help ensure productivity, quality, and timeliness goals are met by the team.
Process renewal information and maintain accurate system records.
Review underwriting files for completion quality and accuracy.
Oversee daily submission inbox and assist with clearing submissions.
Maintain a customer-service mindset for internal and external customers.
Respond promptly to complex situations and collaborate with team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
