Qualifications

• JD degree and admission to a U.S. state bar are required.
• Bachelor's degree plus JD from ABA-accredited school is mandatory.
• 15 years of insurance underwriting, compliance, and operations experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial insurance products and rating/administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of policy language for new products and endorsements.
• Support admitted and nonadmitted products across retail and wholesale channels.
• Draft and review agency, program manager, broker, and vendor agreements.
• Address coverage issues and assist in underwriting negotiations to close opportunities.
• Participate in business development strategies and client meetings.
