You will support pricing options, design changes, and financial modeling for renewals and proposals, collaborating across underwriting, account management, and leadership.

This role offers remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with some offices requiring in-person presence for certain markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare underwriting experience in large group or ASO environments.
• Strong financial modeling, risk assessment, and pricing analysis skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ASO book analyses with advanced financial judgment.
• Partner with underwriting leadership, account management, actuarial, and product teams.
• Develop competitive financial responses and renewals strategies.
• Mentor peers and guide junior underwriters on complex issues.
• Translate underwriting concepts into clear client-friendly recommendations.
