Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Ikon Search is looking for an Underwriting Assistant on behalf of an established $500M GWP MGA focused on casualty business in the sports/entertainment space.

You will be joining a team of 4 casualty underwriters and supporting their ~$50M book. Working directly with the CUO, you'll get invaluable mentorship and several opportunities to progress your career in underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal Underwriters and external customers
• Maintain organized underwriting files and documentation
• Responsible for all administrative tasks associated with the full lifecycle of a risk
• Provide administrative support and other related services as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Underwriting Assistant
• Casualty/GL experience
• Experience working with wholesale brokers/internal underwriting teams
