Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the business product team, supporting pricing operations and underwriting transformation. You will design and enhance data forecasting tools, understand processes deeply, and translate needs for technical partners while aiding live pricing support and ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of PBM/healthcare experience.
• 1+ year of coding experience (SQL/SAS/Python).

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT and support QA to minimize production defects.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements for technical teams using JIRA.
• Develop knowledge of coding (SQL, SAS, Python) to support testing and ad hoc analysis.
• Guide users to existing tools and insights; identify opportunities for new solutions.
• Design controls and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and governance.
