Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to lead financial analysis and pricing strategies within the PBM and Enterprise segments. You will support underwriting, develop pricing for multiple lines of business, and collaborate with Aetna and Caremark teams to optimize margin and client value.

The role requires strong Excel and actuarial/financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a health plan actuarial, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role.
• Experience with PBM pricing and underwriting models is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and develop recommendations to maximize client value while retaining margin in PBM and Enterprise.
• Develop pricing recommendations for multiple lines of business based on in-depth competitive analysis.
• Assist Aetna’s Underwriting leadership to develop pricing for downstream pricing by providing segment-specific data.
• Complete tasks in the Caremark Underwriting models.
