Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a Senior Underwriter to join our underwriting team in the United States. Reporting to the Regional Underwriting Manager, you will profitably grow a book of business by partnering with Agents and collaborating with colleagues to execute underwriting decisions.

About the Role

The Senior Underwriter is a key member of the underwriting team reporting to the Regional Underwriting Manager. This person will plan and budget for the book of business, develop and maintain agency relationships, and execute underwriting decisions.

The base salary for this role can range from $75,000 to $95,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
