Job summary

Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company seeks a senior leader to drive the Middle Market Casualty practice. The role reports to the Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer and is hybrid with approximately 25% travel.

• 10+ years of advanced knowledge in E&S casualty products and underwriting processes.
• Experience leading an underwriter team in a P&C carrier.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the Middle Market Retail team.
• Analyze and underwrite middle market and specialist business to deliver exceptional services.
• Ensure profitability, growth, and efficiency by assessing risk and market appetite.
• Lead strategic planning and quarterly business reviews.
• Set measurable goals and monitor progress with DCUO.
• Collaborate with Head of Distribution to expand network and partnerships.
