Job summary

You will assess complex exposures, negotiate terms with brokers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure sound risk selection. The role requires 3+ years of underwriting experience in entertainment or related lines, with strong broker relationships and professional designations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field and 3+ years of underwriting experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of commercial underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting Entertainment, Specialty Casualty, Property, or related commercial insurance products.
• Strong broker relationships within the Entertainment insurance marketplace preferred.
• CPCU, ARM, CIC, or other professional insurance designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business to achieve profitability and growth.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of Entertainment accounts with pricing discipline.
• Negotiate pricing, coverage terms, conditions, and program structures with brokers and agents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and industry partners.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced underwriters.
