Responsibilities

Berkley Entertainment is seeking an experienced Senior Entertainment Underwriter to join their team. This role is located in their Irving, TX office on a hybrid schedule. It can also be remote for a highly qualified candidate. The Senior Entertainment Underwriter manages a diverse book of business, driving profitable growth across multiple regions. The position will work closely with entertainment-focused brokers to deliver customized insurance solutions across a range of lines including property, inland marine, general liability, automobile, umbrella, and workers\' compensation. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong underwriting acumen and a passion for the entertainment industry.

• Develop and negotiate pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, operations, claims, loss control, marketing, regulatory, and senior leadership teams.
• Implement and manage strategic pricing and rate plans to drive profitability, growth, and successful producer relations
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with producers, clients, and key stakeholders.
