Job summary

Triton Systems, Inc. seeks a seasoned Undersea Acoustics Signal Processing Engineer to lead algorithm development and product-level integration in the undersea warfare domain. You will work on real-world underwater arrays, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to translate research into fielded capabilities.

The role requires MS in engineering/physics/mathematics with 5+ years of experience; PhD is a plus. US citizenship is required; security considerations apply.

Qualifications

MS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with ASW acoustic signal processing.
Experience with real-world underwater acoustic arrays.
Ability to lead a multidisciplinary project team.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary projects on algorithms and product developments.
Recognize and creatively solve complex problems as an individual contributor and team lead.
Own project success and maintain customer relationships.
Identify and manage project schedules and risks.
Support business development through proposal writing and partnerships.
Plan and execute tests independently and inventively.
