Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Directly related work experience in underground construction can be substituted.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in underground wet utilities for self-performing, at‑risk, contractor.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow project plans, specifications, permits, and contract requirements to lead project team to successful delivery of the project.
• Perform accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to ensure profitability and evaluate risk.
• Coordinate with estimators to establish budgeting and gain understanding of the project and bid.
• Coordinate efforts with field superintendents to establish schedule and resources to execute the project.
• Recognize and be able to price minor change orders.
• Draft subcontracts and purchase orders, and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and their staff to develop long-term partnerships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage multiple small to mid-size projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met and documented.
