Job summary

Sunrock is seeking an Underground Utility Foreman to oversee installation on its heavy civil projects. You will plan manpower, equipment, and materials, directing field crews while enforcing safety standards and ensuring work is completed to spec, on schedule, and within budget.

You will lead crews installing water, sewer, storm drain, and related systems, coordinate daily operations, and mentor foremen to strengthen the team. A valid NC driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising utility construction in heavy civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of underground utility methods, trenching, and compaction.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid NC Driver's License.
