Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time completion and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet specs.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using ProCore or similar tools.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance.
• Prepare project estimates and budgets based on requirements.
• Facilitate communication between clients and team members.
• Oversee procurement and contract changes during the lifecycle.
