Job summary

You will provide strong leadership, guide project staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while promoting the company safety culture and best practices.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety plans, conducting toolbox talks, scheduling from award to finish, supervising crew performance, and traveling

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a superintendent in underground mining/construction.
• Experience with MSHA and OSHA underground regulations.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specs; schedule with MS Project.
• Strong leadership to mentor crews and promote safety culture.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety aligns with safety manual, plans and client requirements.
• Lead and mentor crew; promote company safety culture, goals, and objectives.
• Review timesheets; manage labor/equipment hours; adhere to budgets.
• Conduct pre/post shift toolbox talks; communicate daily scope and goals.
• Schedule project from award to completion; ensure equipment operates safely.
