Job summary

Harrison Western Construction Corp. seeks aSenior Estimator and Design Engineer to join our Lakewood, Colorado team, with the option to work remotely if based out of state.

This senior role leads the proposal and design development process for mining, tunneling and geotechnical projects, coordinating with estimators, engineers, operations and leadership to deliver high-quality bids. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Mining or related field, a PE license, and 5+ years in estimating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining, Construction Management, Engineering or similar; equivalent industry experience accepted.
• PE Licensure required; professional engineer designation preferred but not mandatory in all cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute estimating processes, strategies, and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare bid proposals and estimates with complete takeoffs of project scope.
