Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two-year technical program or equivalent experience.
• Completion of an approved ultrasound technology training program.
• National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.
• For Breast Center: independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on breast.

Education

Associate's Degree or Two year technical program or combination of education and related work experience

Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program
