Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a diagnostic ultrasound technologist to perform scans across the patient spectrum under radiologist supervision. The role includes breast ultrasound responsibilities at the Breast Center where applicable.

Minimum qualifications include an Ultrasound Training Program completion, ARDMS certification, and BLS. This is a part-time, night-shift position with Providence's comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A degree or approved alternative combination of education and work experience is required.
• Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program is required.
• National Certification from ARDMS is required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on neonatal through geriatric patients under the direction of a Radiologist.
• For Breast Center, independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on breast with Radiologist oversight.

Education

Associate's Degree or two year program or combination of education and directly related work experience.

Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program

ARDMS certification

American Heart Association BLS certification
