Providence Swedish seeks a skilled diagnostic medical sonographer to perform OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts exams, and assist radiologists during invasive procedures at Swedish First Hill. This role includes abdominal Doppler studies, neonatal cranial exams, and NT screenings.

A second certification (Breast, Vascular, Neurosonography, MSK, Pediatrics, Fetal Echo, or Neonatal) is preferred for higher status.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Ultrasound training program and ARDMS eligibility to take registry examination.
• National Registered Technologist - Sonography credential upon hire.
• National Certification from ARDMS upon hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts sonography exams as part of the radiology team.
• Assist the radiologist during invasive procedures.
• Conduct abdominal Doppler studies including liver and transplant evaluations; NT and neonatal cranial exams.
