Qualifications

• Must be ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification within 24 months of graduation and within 12 months of hire.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities of technologists and students in the department and evaluates performance.
• Coordinates department workflow and provides professional guidance to staff and medical teams.
• Ensures availability and functioning of supplies and equipment; participates in hiring/firing and disciplinary decisions.
• Oversees imaging students and ensures introductory competencies are completed.
