Job summary

Darwin Recruitment seeks a Senior UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping Consultant to join a growing Human Capital Consulting team delivering UKG WFM solutions for USA clients. You will own WFM workstreams from requirements through implementation and delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, strong client and stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing best-practice guidance and reliable

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM
• Strong Timekeeping implementation and configuration experience
• Proven track record delivering WFM projects for clients
• Experience working in a consulting/professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of WFM processes, configuration and implementation best practices
• Confidence to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive, delivery-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions Timekeeping implementations
• Collaborate with clients to understand business, workforce and timekeeping requirements
• Translate business requirements into UKG WFM configurations and solutions
• Own implementation workstreams, deliverables and timelines
• Configure, test and troubleshoot UKG WFM functionality
• Support clients through testing, deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities
• Provide expert guidance and best-practice WFM recommendations
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and other consultants
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted WFM advisor
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving consulting environment
