Job summary

Teams Squared is seeking a Senior Conveyancer with deep UK property law expertise to manage residential and/or commercial conveyancing from instruction through to completion. The role favors candidates who can work remotely and handle high-volume caseloads with independence and client focus.

Required: minimum 3 years in UK conveyancing, familiarity with Land Registry and SDLT, and experience using case management software. Remote work and professional development are supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a conveyancing paralegal in a UK legal setting.
• Deep understanding of the UK property transaction process, Land Registry requirements, and SDLT filing.
• Experience working remotely or in a legal process outsourcing (LPO) setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors throughout the process.
• Conduct title checks, review contracts, and investigate ownership and leasehold terms.
• Draft and review transfers, completion statements, and related contracts.
• Ensure AML and client due diligence compliance for UK conveyancing.
• Identify and mitigate risks early and take appropriate action.
• Use case management systems and maintain detailed records.
