You will lead UI efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and contribute across the full software lifecycle, including security and performance considerations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing modern UI/UX and applying usability best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, workflows, and UI specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of user-centered software applications supporting government mission objectives.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and effective user interfaces.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and improve usability.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs aligned with requirements and constraints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers.
