Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Senior UI/UX Engineer to drive UI/UX strategy and front-end engineering for a greenfield Master Data Management platform. You will partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable data stewardship workflows for a large enterprise.

You will develop in Angular with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Angular Material, build reusable components, ensure accessibility (WCAG), and contribute to design systems and CI/CD practices in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience designing and building enterprise web applications.
Strong Angular development experience with deep front-end architecture knowledge.
Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern front-end practices.
Experience creating UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma or a comparable tool.
Experience building reusable component libraries or enterprise design systems.
Experience designing complex, data-intensive enterprise workflows involving advanced grids, filters, approvals, exceptions, audit trails, and bulk actions.
Experience with AG Grid Enterprise or an equivalent data grid framework, including virtualization, server-side models, inline editing, and bulk updates.
Experience with NgRx, Redux, Signals, or a comparable enterprise state management architecture.
Experience integrating enterprise applications with REST APIs and working within Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the UI/UX strategy, architecture, and design for a greenfield enterprise data stewardship platform.
Translate complex business processes into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
Design stewardship workflows covering review queues, approvals, audits, and bulk actions.
Develop scalable enterprise web apps using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Angular Material with WCAG accessibility.
Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems for consistency.
Partner with data stewards through discovery sessions and usability testing to reflect real needs.
Establish front-end architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD practices.
Incorporate secure patterns like RBAC/ABAC and ensure traceability of decisions.
