About the Role

We seek a creative, user-focused UI/UX Developer to craft intuitive and appealing interfaces. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences aligned with business goals.

Your Responsibilities

1. Design and develop responsive web and mobile interfaces using modern frameworks.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into UI/UX designs.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize user flows.
4. Develop reusable front-end components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
5. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
6. Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
7. Maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with backend integration and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and web performance.
• Experience with motion design tools or animation libraries.
