Job summary

The AES Group is seeking a UI/UX Designer 4 in a hybrid role with offices in Broomfield, CO, Chicago, IL, or Peoria, IL. Qualifications

• Degree with at least 8 years of UX experience, or
• No degree with at least 10 years of relevant UX experience

Responsibilities

• UX/UI Design & Prototyping (70%): develop wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps.
• Customer Advocacy (15%): represent user needs while balancing business goals and tech constraints.
• Feature Definition & Delivery (15%): define features, identify research needs, support product delivery.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver user-centered digital experiences.
