Job summary

Trinity Logistics is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to own the design of our B2B applications. You will collaborate with product teams, engineering and stakeholders to transform complex logistics workflows into intuitive, delightful user experiences and to maintain our Trinity UI kit.

You’ll develop user journeys, personas and system blueprints, apply UI/UX best practices, and advocate for accessibility (WCAG).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design on data-rich products.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain domains preferred.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience building or contributing to a design system and collaborating with front-end engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own design of B2B applications and maintain UI kit.
• Create mockups, navigation components, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and turn findings into design improvements.
• Advocate for WCAG accessibility standards across the product organization.
• Develop customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
