The Opportunity: Exciting opportunity for a dynamic, team-oriented, highly motivated Senior UI-UX Designer to join our team. SportsBiz is optimizing the $100B sports sponsorship ecosystem for corporate brands through our proprietary decision-making and advanced data analytics software platform, DeepSport Solutions. This recurring license technology platform empowers brands to remedy the vast financial inefficiencies impacting the sports marketing industry. Advancing the technologies of automation and artificial intelligence, we are disrupting the future of Sports Marketing.

Important - Pay: The entire SportsBiz team is working for both stock options and cash payments in the form of routine stipends. SportsBiz has attracted reputable investors including high net worth individuals, angel investors, and family offices. Full salaries will be paid only upon the company's successful fundraising, anticipated in Q2.

As a Senior UX-UI Designer You Will:

• Help define and drive a common design strategy across SportsBiz's entire suite of current and future products.
• Create pixel-perfect UI that extends existing brand guidelines, establishing core frameworks for scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure UX designs are properly implemented.
• Mentor and lead a team of UX/UI designers.
• Create opportunities to align design and experience across our lines of business, products, and services.
• Support cross-functional efforts and foster collaboration behaviors.
• Assist software engineers in design thinking and processes.
• Champion work methods that favor rapid iteration, deep user research, and broad experimentation.
• Work closely with the company's CEO, CTO, Chief Creative Officer, and Lead Data Scientist on creative and brand strategy.

• Expertise in Figma and a sophisticated eye for design, including well-executed layouts.
• Excellent understanding of design systems, UX/UI product design, brand architecture, and design libraries (IA, pattern, visual, motion).
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with independent decision-making skills.
• A proven track record of innovative product design.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across the company.
• Front-end development knowledge is a plus.

The Senior UX-UI Designer will be pivotal in aligning with technology and sports marketing teams to create strategic plans and roadmaps to achieve business goals. This role is a founding partnership with a compensation package including a base salary (post-funding), bonus, equity, revenue sharing, and benefits.Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 annually for full-time employment, with stipends until funding is secured.
