Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior UI Developer for a 9-month hybrid engagement (onsite 3 days/week). You will design, implement, and support modern UI solutions using React and other JS frameworks, collaborating with backend, HTML, and design teams.

The role requires 8+ years in UI/UX or web development, a solid foundation in CSS/HTML/JavaScript, and hands-on experience with Redux, Webpack, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Experience with state management (Redux, React-Context).
• Familiar with front-end build tools (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp).
• Understanding of browser performance and asynchronous programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web pages using HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
• Collaborate with Designers and Backend Developers to meet client needs.
• Optimize websites for speed and functionality.
• Follow established UI/Code practices and contribute to documentation.
