Job summary

Loancrate Inc. is seeking a senior UI designer to own the end-to-end design process from concept to production.

You will craft a cohesive design system, build a robust component library, and partner with product and engineering to translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible user experiences. You will ship production-ready React/TypeScript components, contribute to design standards, and help define the company’s visual identity.

Qualifications

• Experience building complex UI in React/TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design and maintain a design system and component library.
• Strong focus on accessibility (ARIA, WCAG) and keyboard navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design from discovery to high-fidelity implementation in React/TypeScript.
• Build and maintain a design system and component library with documented variants.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ensure user-centered, feasible designs.
• Write production-quality components with accessible, responsive UI.
• Define visual and interaction standards; audit for consistency.
