Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years, Master’s degree with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years of related experience.
• On-site requirement: willing to work 100% on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.
• Back-end development: 4+ years with Python, Java, or C#.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern, responsive UIs using React, Angular, or VueJS, and HTML5/CSS3/JS/TS.
• Translate user needs into intuitive interfaces using wireframes and design systems.
• Build and manage scalable back-end services with Python, Java, C#, or Go, and utilize Kubernetes and microservices.
• Work with data engineers to integrate data pipelines and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to enhance security and automate CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in architecture decisions, Agile workflows, and iterative delivery.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, mentor junior developers, and enforce UI best practices.
