U.S. citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation.
TCG is pleased to offer remote employment in the following states: AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA (excluding the City of Philadelphia), SC, TN, UT, VA, WV, and WI. Additionally, the selected candidate must be able to travel to Washington, DC for laptop pickup and repairs, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Develop high-performance Angular applications integrated with backend microservices.
- Maintain and optimize UI components for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Translate design mockups and business requirements into functional UI components.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, performance benchmarks, and UI/UX best practices in a SaaS context.
- Debug and resolve frontend issues quickly, with a strong focus on the end-user experience.
- Contribute to our evolving design system and component library.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert-level experience with Angular 16+ and strong TypeScript skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex form state using Angular's reactive forms, implementing dynamic validation rules, and handling interdependent form controls with RxJS observables and signals for efficient state updates and real-time user interactions
- Expert-level proficiency with building single page applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expert-level proficiency with test driven development.
- Proficiency in building dynamic UIs.
- Comfortable working in a CI/CD environment with Git, Jenkins, unit testing, and performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of AWS and experience collaborating with backend teams using microservices is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI assisted coding tools and plugins is a plus.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, fintech) or high-security applications is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
- Experience with PrimeNG 18+ components and implementing complex form controls, data tables, and responsive layouts in enterprise Angular applications

Internal title/grade: Software Engineer, E3
Salary range: $105,000 - $140,000
All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work. The pre-employment background investigation will include verification of employment and education, as well as, a criminal and DMV check.
Additional documentation and background checks will also be required for positions that require clearance from the Federal government.
