Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in taxation, estate planning, trusts, and transactional/structuring matters.
• Strong cross-border planning expertise with offshore structures awareness.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into clear client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to UHNW clients on global wealth, residency, and cross-border planning.
• Lead and support families in intergenerational succession, estate planning, relocation, asset protection, and governance.
• Articulate client needs and deliver solutions using trusts, foundations, companies, private funds, and insurance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to design and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff and share market trends.
• Travel with bankers to engage clients and pursue new opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of planning with client objectives and governance expectations.
