J.P. Morgan is seeking a Wealth Advisor within the International Private Bank Wealth Advisory team in Asia to deliver sophisticated wealth planning support for UHNW clients across the Hong Kong and Philippines markets.

You will partner with ITS and the broader coverage team to coordinate analyses and implement holistic wealth plans. The role requires senior client leadership, cross-border expertise, and the ability to drive complex planning from discovery through execution in collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Tax, Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in taxation, estate planning, trusts, and transactional/structuring matters.
• Deep cross-border planning expertise with offshore UHNW structures.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to UHNW planning.
• Experience with trust and company administration and documentation processes.
• Ability to translate complex planning into clear client outcomes.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys, accountants, trustees, and fiduciary administrators.
• Strong governance, documentation discipline, and escalation standards.
• Ability to collaborate with professionals across a matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise UHNW clients on global wealth planning, residency considerations, and cross-border matters.
• Lead and support families in complex planning objectives including intergenerational succession and estate planning.
• Identify client needs and deliver planning solutions using trusts, foundations, companies, and private funds.
• Coordinate design, execution planning, and implementation with internal and external parties.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to junior staff; share market trends.
• Travel with Bankers to engage clients and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate commercial efforts across the team to align with client objectives and risk governance.
