Job summary

As a senior team member, you will manage new client development, execute growth strategies, and ensure smooth transitions of ongoing advisory relationships to the appropriate departments. Strong network building is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience in wealth management.
• Strong network of Centers of Influence for UHNW individuals and families.
• Knowledge of fiduciary services (trusts, estates, investment management, tax planning).
• Ability to profile client financials to tailor solutions.
• Active Series 7 and 63 licenses; CFP/CFA/CIMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships with UHNW individuals and families.
• Lead wealth management discussions and estate planning solutions.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive services.
• Transition relationships to appropriate teams after onboarding.
