Job summary

Northern Trust Corp in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Wealth Strategist to develop and expand relationships with UHNW individuals, families and institutions.

You will lead solutions sales, estate planning discussions and wealth transfer strategies, collaborating with a cross-functional team. You will leverage a robust COI network, provide fiduciary guidance, and translate client needs into comprehensive wealth-management solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and relationship management with wealth management clients.
• Strong Centers of Influence network including attorneys, CPAs, and estate planners.
• Knowledge of fiduciary services and tax planning concepts.
• Ability to profile client financial landscapes and map to Northern Trust capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new UHNW client relationships and expand existing ones.
• Lead solutions sales strategy and execute goals-driven wealth management plans.
• Discuss estate planning, wealth transfer and tax planning with clients.
• Cultivate internal and external networks to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver Northern Trust capabilities and close business.
