Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an RIA or private bank
• Experience supporting UHNW clients
• Familiar with portfolio reporting platforms
• Strong Excel and presentation skills
• Ability to coordinate with attorneys and accountants

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication with UHNW clients and their advisors
• Produce polished portfolio reports and client presentations
• Monitor portfolio positioning and liquidity needs
• Process cash transactions and account movements
• Onboard new clients including documentation and asset transfers
• Prepare for quarterly client meetings and coordinate logistics
• Collaborate with Investment team on reporting
• Assist clients during tax season by tracking documents
