Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Workplace to consult with clients and design transformational architectures across software, infrastructure, and related technology components. You will work remotely within our global team to translate business needs into multi‑vendor UCC solutions.

You will lead proposals, estimate effort and costs with sales and delivery, mentor junior architects, and stay abreast of emerging technologies.

Qualifications

10+ years in Workplace and UCC solutions in large orgs.
Experience with multi‑vendor UCC design and client presentations.
Proven pre‑sales or solution architecture experience.

Responsibilities

Contributes to development of complex UCC solution architectures across business, infrastructure or functional areas.
Designs, describes, and calculates multi‑vendor solutions focusing on Alcatel‑Lucent, Microsoft, AudioCodes technologies.
Evaluates, discusses, and presents solutions to clients with cost/performance trade‑offs.
Prepares customer proposals, including effort estimation, costing, pricing input, and viable solution descriptions with sales and delivery teams.
Mentors Junior Solution Architects and shares domain knowledge.
Works with stakeholders to develop architectural approaches for one or more layers of a solution.
